You should select Roland sound driver in the setup program or you follow the guides from Blue Baron and Zinc. Selecting Soundblaster, without mod, the game do not start.

Using a Sound Blaster soundcard in DOSBox 0.73 (2009-06-05 20:24) |

Further to what Blue Baron has written, you don't actually need to download a different CT-VOICE.DRV driver. Just make a new folder called DRV within the IUC directory (or wherever you installed the game), ie C:GAMESIUCDRV. Then copy the CT-VOICE.DRV file from the game directory into this DRV directory. Then before you run the game, set the SOUND variable to point to the game folder, ie SET SOUND=C:IUC. It runs fine within DOSBox 0.73 and you could even add the SET SOUND variable to the IUC.BAT file. |

hmmm.. somehow it wouldn't allow me to use "slash" as a character. The line is: SET SOUND=c:(slash)IUC(slash) if you understand what I mean. |

Ok this game is a nightmare to make run with soundblaster but it is possible as I have done it. What you need is a special soundblaster driver that was made by someone named "Mok" which replace the CT-VOICE.DRV file (the soundblaster driver). You can find this file here - http://community.the-underdogs.info/pub/tools/games/ - (hopefully the link will remain active). Then as an important step #2, you need to add the line SET SOUND=c:IUC (or the game directory you used for innocent until caught) in your autoexec.bat before you run the game. You will now be able to use soundblaster :) |

Subway train problems (2005-05-29 14:10) |

Game runs well with dosbox...however, when playing using dosbox, dosbox apparently prohibits you from entering the subway train, which in effect, won't allow you to progress through the rest of the game. If you play just using windows' compatibility feature (without dosbox) and disable sound through set_iuc, you can then enter the train, but you won't have any sound. And saving after you exit the train, quitting, turning sound back on (through set_iuc), and then re-start using dosbox doesn't work either--it says "unable to load sound". |

Work fine only with Adlib sound card (Impossible to run the game with Soundblaster or MPU404)
The game is little bit slow ... |
