If you hear static in the game speech then:

Set your "cycles" to 10,000 or lower.

Increase your "mixer" rate to 44100.

The game works flawlessly.

This game will not operate in DOSBox version 0.73, it will go black after the character selection screen. If you want to play this game, use DOSBox version 0.72.
