Hey!
I´ve downloaded the rayman.zip file from "dosgamesarchive" but there´s no exe file in it! I can´t start the game in dosbox... I play a lot with dosbox, but i dont know what to do, without an exe file...can sb help me please? Maybe i´m to stupid for this...;-) |

On the "auto" setting for cycles, when Rayman stands still everything else runs at hyperspeed. Manually set to ~11000 cycles to fix this.
Problem also recurs in the Caves of Skops levels where you have a lighted fist: lower cycles manually in-game from the initial setting to your own satisfaction.
All other features work fine to my knowledge, have not tested gamepad/joystick usage. |

dosbox is totally new to me. i wanted to play old rayman1 (1995) and someone told me i needed dosbox. i downloaded game since my old disk won't work anymore. please instruct me further step by step, thanx! |

Using DOSBox .72 in Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux), I had to make a .bin/cue disk image (NOT an .iso) for the game to have music. Even having the CD in there does not work. Other than that, it runs fine. |
