Game works perfect in 0.74. You just have to disable the mouse driver otherwise it will crash on a black screen. To remove the mouse driver use mouseoff.com which can be found here:

So turn the mouse driver off before loading the game file. ie. type:
mouseoff.com
buster.exe

This game will crash If there is a mouse driver loaded in memory
but no "Mouse System Serial Mouse" detected.
We know DOSBox doesn't support that actual.
So it works fine if "Turn Off" the mouse driver.
There is a small TSR named "MOUSEOFF" wrote by ripsaw8080 can be found here :

Run "MOUSEOFF" before playing the game.

0.70 and older only, and still not really playable (2011-08-27 23:23)

On 0.73 or 0.74 Dosbox versions, game doesn't even load.
On 0.70 and older versions, game loads, and seems to run correctly but...only seems :
-score is freezed until you miss a ball (no refresh)
-yellow tokens don't lighten the weapons icons. You can't use bonuses.
