emulated video problem 0.74 (2012-03-13 22:00) cookiemaster
I changed the default settings in the options

[dosbox]
...
machine=svga_s3 to svga_et4000

and the game dosen't start with this setting.
Playing the game from the harddisk (2007-02-21 11:45) haggai_e
To play the game from the harddisk, I copied the discs each to its own folder, and then mounted them as cdroms. It didn't work without labeling them DISK1, DISK2, etc. with -l.
Under A Killing Moon -- Movement mode unplayably jerky (2006-12-20 06:10) marco75
Dialog scenes and Look Mode are OK, but movement mode is unplayable.

I have the original 4 CD-ROM boxed set. I copy them to four folders on my hard disk, and mount them as 4 CD-ROM drives. Install.exe I run from the first disk. That part works.

I downloaded a torrent with some instructions on how to get it working. It is available from www.demonoid.com.
But the instructions don't result in a playable game.

I'd like to post my settings here, but the form won't let me.
Out of Memory with "Under a Killing Moon" by Access (2006-09-17 10:51) smurf
Under W2K+ Dosbox 0.65, I get the message "Out of Memory" even with memsize=64 , XMS=true, EMS=false, UMB=false. In the forum, NOBODY gots this problem, can you help me???
Note: (2004-10-13 05:53) mrsjaen
The install goes pretty well but DOS4GW crashes at start of the game if you execute MOON.EXE.
The game run well if you copy from CD to gameīs directory the file TEX197.EXE and execute it for play the game.
Itīs needed to disable EMS memory from the config.file of DOSBox 0.62 (only needed XMS memory)
