I was looking looking for clues for running Shadow Caster CD, because when the game animation starts, after sometime it gives "CD Error 100" and exit. So after a hard search i came to post which solved my problem. First of all you need mount the CD with demon tools, then you need to add this line in the config file.
mount d d: -t cdrom -ioctl_mci

Wolah! there you go with your classic game!

This is a good game that runs smooth(very good framerate) on 0.61 .It's a bit like hexen! I'm using an Athlon 2000+ xp 512ram on windows xp, and had no problems installing it. The sound is also very good but stuttered a little at the intro, other than that it's great!!
