SimTunes is a music editing software but it runs on Windows. To run SimTunes you must have Windows 3.1 or 95 installed!
Note that SimTunes doesn't work on older CPU type! You must change cputype to "pentium_slow" in order for SimTunes to run! The S3 and SB16 drivers must be installed too since they are recommended for some people.
Recommended config settings:

frameskip=1 #SimTunes renders at 30 FPS. Enabling this optimization may be optional
