Excellent Support (0.74) (2012-05-20 12:29) Citysim
Excellent support! Can't see the slightest glitch.
Perfect! (2008-12-23 16:42) Shadow_Chaser14
Runs perfectly, with no video bugs, sound bugs, or other problems under 0.72. Cpu cycles and frameskip don't need to be adjusted either.
Works perfectly! (2007-03-24 23:05) DragonsLover
Works without any bugs under Dosbox 0.70! Enjoy!
Yeahhh!!! (2005-08-18 11:20) fortress
Thanx! Well, to be honest it wasn't quite the solution! I mounted the CD-Rom as told! Then I startet the install from CD and it gave an error! So I started the install from Harddrive! I changed the CD-Letter to my CD-Rom and it worked!
I've also found out that if you do not have the CD but the downloaded version you can make an image file (for exsample with "Nero" or "CDR-Win") and mount this with "Daemon Tools" (Daemon tools is a Virtual CD-Rom drive). Now you can go to your Lemmings3 directory on your harddrive and change the CD-Letter to the one of your Virtal CD! Now SOUND should work!!! (NOT THE MUSIK!!!) But don't forget to mount your Virtual CD-Rom with this command: mount x x:\ -t cdrom (where x is your Virtual cd-rom drive)!! Have Phun!!
Re: Sound Bug! (2005-08-16 08:47) DragonsLover
Try first to mount your CD-ROM drive using the command:

mount x x:\ -t cdrom (where x is your cd-rom drive)

Then, run the Setup program of the game and specify to the game the letter of your cd-rom drive. It is supposed to work. When you exit setup, you'll get an error message and be in your cd-rom drive location, don't worry about this. Just come back to the folder of the game on your hard drive, then run the game with l3cd.exe. The game should work perfectly! If not... I don't know.
Sound Bug! (2005-08-14 13:55) fortress
I noticed the funny reacton from those stupid Lemmings myself! If I turn Sound on then Lemmings die in the Sky without Water! If I turn sound off then there is no Problem! Tested with Version 0.63! Hey CannibalBob how did you get this Game working perfectly with your Original CD?? Got that CD myself and when I start game with the command L3 (after Installation) in the dosbox, I get the Errormessage: Illegal Command: L3CD!!! HELP!!!
Have tried it without sound and... (2004-09-28 10:35) ghost_zero
Hi,

I found out something strange... if I use this Lemmings in DosBox v0.61 it works wihtout graphic bugs... if I don't use sound... if I use sound... f.e. the first classic level is that the lemmings are dying before the even come on the ground... like the are falling in something from the entrance... and then there are also graphic glitches...
0.61 - some corruption (2004-07-03 06:42) gringer
The game loads using 0.61, but I encounter corruption problems on the first classic level (similar to what Enzut described). A microsoft website reports that it "manipulates expanded (EMS) memory in a manner incompatible with Windows 95"

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;132995
Note 0.60: (2003-11-13 00:05) Enzut
The game works, but there is a lot of graphic bugs. And not only graphic, some strange bugs like a lemmings seems to fall in the water and dies, without water...
Lemmings 3 (2003-10-20 23:29) CannibalBob
I got this game to work perfect with DOSbox 0.60. Has SVGA graphics on, sound, CD audio (I have the original CD).
