Realms of Arkania: Shadows over Riva is a computer role playing game based on the German RPG system Das Schwarze Auge by Attic Entertainment Software. The original German version of the game (German title: Das Schwarze Auge: Schatten über Riva) was released in December 1996. Sir-Tech released the English version in 1997.
Making it work
- Make sure to use the
CALLDOS keyword to execute the batch file(s) in order to have the DOSBox-exitswitch working. - Using the German keyboard layout (
dosbox.conf [dos] keyboardlayout=gr) along the German language version of the game is mandatory: one of the puzzles requires the player to type the character "Ä".
