Did a quick check and it ran no problem at all with the same set up as Underworld 2 Check was:
Drag and drop the UW directory to my HD games directory
Open DOSBox 0.73
Run uintall.exe in the HD directory for UW to set sound - accept Soundblaster for all
Accept settings ignoring path shown!
Run the Game UW.exe
Mine has fixed cycles at 15000 in the DOSBox configeration so you may need to speed them up if you have the default Auto setting or something else.
