Config -writeconf <config.cfg> doesnt create the specified file. i. e. I cant find it!

!There is no AppData-folder at my Users-Folder ('ApplicationData'-folder is only filled with another 'Microsoft'-folder).

What can I do?

I'm using Vista, and DOSBox works fine until I make it full screen, at which point it grinds to a practical halt. increasing cycles does not appear to help much. this didn't happen in XP, at least not as far as I could notice (is it common?). I have to run everything in a tiny portion of the screen.

try a different output in the configuration file of DOSBox

(in the startmenu there is a link Edit Configuration)
