Sound setup:
- Soundcard Soundblaster 32
- Soundcard address 220
- Soundcard interrupt IRQ 7
- Soundcard DMA Channel 1
Turning on advanced sound effects affected performance on a high-powered laptop; try turning it off if you have trouble.
