no sound :/
Pre-configured version available (2010-03-30 10:27) kohijin
The Title and Developer/Publisher still needs to be corrected: "Tony & Friends in Kellogg's Land" by "Rauser Advertainment" (and Factor 5 btw...)

Someone made a nice portable version (pre-configured Dosbox 0.73 + the free game) that runs very smooth with sound.

Update for v0.73 (2009-09-18 20:25) STiGMaTa_ch
Could not reproduce the Problems mentioned by balthi with version v0.73. I had no crash at all.
Update for v0.73 (2009-09-18 19:46) STiGMaTa_ch
* Water is still invisible
* No Sound if "core" is set to "auto". Use "normal" instead.
* do not set "cycles" to "max" otherwise the sound stutters.
Problem in v0.72 (2008-09-11 23:00) balthi
Tried again, and this time it froze at the start of the next level (which is the last one I think), while entering the level with Smacks.
Problem in v0.72 (2008-08-30 17:51) balthi
I've just played it again - it freezes in the same level, but not at the start. and while playing with Coco and not with Toucan Sam (it's the level where you have to use Coco in order to get past some spikes because the ceiling is too low for flying for Toucan Sam).
Spelling of this item (2008-08-23 18:32) balthi
Please correct the spelling: It's "Tony & Friends in Kellogg's Land" and the company is named "Rauser Advertainment" in the intro.

... and an x86 platform (Pentium M (Pentium III) 1600 MHz).
Problem in v0.72 (2008-08-23 17:44) balthi
I forgot to mention: I'm running DOSBox under Gentoo Linux and KDE.
Problem in v0.72 (2008-08-23 17:43) balthi
I played the game until what I think is the next-to-last level (already close to the dragon in the overview map), then it froze at the start of the level. Not yet reproduced (because I would have to play all the levels again which takes some time), but a similar problem was present in earlier versions of DOSBox: The game froze as soon as you started a level with Toucan Sam (i. e. directly after you freed Toucan Sam; he's at the large snake in the overview map, you get there after playing maybe two thirds of the levels). This was reproducible with at least 2 earlier versions (I think 0.65 and 0.67).

With both bugs, dark vertical stripes appeared on the HUD when the game froze. And with both bugs, I started a level with Toucan Sam.

BTW, the water is still invisible in 0.72.
Update for v0.72 (2007-09-27 01:23) simplexify
Runs perfectly with the demovga-machine! And the game doesn't like "core" to be set to "dynamic".
Update for v0.70 (2007-03-12 17:00) Anamon
As of v0.70, the blue tint is gone. Unfortunately also for the actual water, so it is still invisible.
Update for v0.65 (2006-05-01 00:59) Michi
Game freezes at menu screen.
Update for v0.61 (2004-02-25 06:08) ThunderPX
1) Major slowdown. It's nothing compared to when played on a real DOS machine.
2) Music skips. a LOT.
3) There's a blue tint to teh screen in-game, which hurts my eyes AND makes it impossible to see where there's water apart from the swimming animation.
Note: (2003-12-18 05:44) ThunderPX
It doesn't run, like all games that normally would give Runtime Errors.
